ACDC 2026 Refund Policy
سياسة استرجاع الرسوم – المؤتمر العربي للتطوير المهني 2026
We understand that circumstances may change and participants may need to cancel their registration. The following refund policy applies to all paid registrations, workshops, exhibitions, and sponsorship packages for the 4th Arab Career Development Conference (ACDC 2026).
نُدرك أن الظروف قد تتغيّر وقد يضطر بعض المشاركين إلى إلغاء تسجيلهم، لذا توضح السياسة التالية شروط استرجاع الرسوم لجميع فئات التسجيل المدفوعة وورش العمل والمعارض والرعايات الخاصة بالمؤتمر العربي الرابع للتطوير المهني (ACDC 2026).

1. General Conditions
١. الشروط العامة
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to the official conference address: acdc2026@acda.me
يجب تقديم جميع طلبات الاسترجاع خطياً عبر البريد الإلكتروني إلى العنوان الرسمي للمؤتمر: acdc2026@acda.me
• Refunds will be processed within 30 working days after approval.
تُعالج عمليات الاسترجاع خلال ٣٠ يوم عمل بعد الموافقة.
• Bank or payment processing fees will be deducted from the refunded amount.
تُخصم أي رسوم بنكية أو رسوم تحويل من المبلغ المسترجع.
• Refunds are issued only to the original payer and via the same payment method.
تُعاد المبالغ فقط إلى الجهة أو الشخص الذي قام بالدفع وبنفس وسيلة الدفع المستخدمة.

2. Conference Registration
٢. تسجيل المؤتمر
• Full refund (minus USD 75 administrative fee) for cancellations received on or before February 15, 2026.
استرجاع كامل (بعد خصم 75 دولار رسوم إدارية) للإلغاءات المستلمة حتى ١٥ فبراير ٢٠٢٦.
• 50% refund for cancellations between February 16 and March 15, 2026.
استرجاع بنسبة ٥٠٪ للإلغاءات ما بين ١٦ فبراير و١٥ مارس ٢٠٢٦.
• No refund after March 15, 2026 or for no-shows.
لا يُسترجع أي مبلغ بعد ١٥ مارس ٢٠٢٦ أو في حال عدم الحضور.
• Registration may be transferred to another person from the same organization until April 1, 2026, upon written request.
يمكن نقل التسجيل لشخص آخر من نفس الجهة حتى ١ أبريل ٢٠٢٦ بعد تقديم طلب خطي بذلك.

3. Workshops and Special Sessions
٣. ورش العمل والجلسات الخاصة
• Workshop fees are non-refundable once participation is confirmed.
رسوم ورش العمل غير قابلة للاسترجاع بعد تأكيد المشاركة.
• Substitution or credit transfer to another participant is possible until March 31, 2026.
يمكن استبدال المشارك أو تحويل الرصيد لمشارك آخر حتى ٣١ مارس ٢٠٢٦.

4. Exhibitors and Sponsors
٤. العارضون والرعاة
• 80% refund for cancellations before January 31, 2026.
استرجاع بنسبة ٨٠٪ للإلغاءات المقدمة قبل ٣١ يناير ٢٠٢٦.
• 50% refund for cancellations between February 1 and February 28, 2026.
استرجاع بنسبة ٥٠٪ للإلغاءات المقدمة من ١ إلى ٢٨ فبراير ٢٠٢٦.
• No refund after March 1, 2026, as commitments will already be executed.
لا يُسترجع أي مبلغ بعد ١ مارس ٢٠٢٦ نظراً لبدء تنفيذ الالتزامات.

5. Force Majeure
٥. الحالات الطارئة والقاهرة
If the conference is postponed or canceled due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (e.g., natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, or political unrest), registrations and fees will be automatically transferred to the rescheduled date.
في حال تأجيل أو إلغاء المؤتمر بسبب ظروف خارجة عن إرادة المنظمين (مثل الكوارث الطبيعية أو القيود الحكومية أو الجوائح أو الاضطرابات السياسية)، فسيتم نقل التسجيل والرسوم تلقائياً إلى الموعد الجديد.
Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, with applicable administrative deductions.
يُنظر في طلبات الاسترجاع كل حالة على حدة مع خصم الرسوم الإدارية عند الاقتضاء.
