•Hani got his master’s degree on public policies and development projects Evaluation 2020 after graduating from the Faculty of Commerce—Accounting Department in August 2006
•Worked in multiple jobs before working as an Incubation support lead at MCIT Egypt, where he is enabled to support startups in their early stages
•In 2018, he was accredited as a national trainer for ILO SIYB and GYB programs.
•In mid-2017, Intel certified him as a trainer in creativity and innovative thinking.
•During 2017, he worked with Allo Company (Saudi Arabia) within the Department of Professional Development and worked on the development of many tools, which he presented in a form commensurate with the Arab world.
•In April 2016, he was accredited as a Professional Development Facilitator by (NCDA- Oklahoma—USA) and in the same year he was accredited as a professional mentor by CCE—North Carolina
•Work began in mid-2014 as a professional development facilitator to begin by helping young people in different governorates of Egypt in vocational planning
•In the beginning of 2013, He started working as a trainer at the Ministry of Youth on several joint training projects with various organizations (including Microsoft), Banycef Egypt, and the Ministry of Communications.
•He also worked as an accountant in the Ministry of Youth and Sports at the beginning of 2009.
