Randa is a graduate of Business School class 1999, started off her work journey upon graduation through many industries. With more exposure to different business, the more she gained experiences on both levels; humane & business.
Hospitality, manufacturing & banking were main fields of work along Randa’s first 14 years of experience and claims her own track of record. Banking is occupying many years of her track where she climbed ladder of occupational ladder reaching AVP, embedding her strategic vision & innovative ideas into business benefits.
Randa started to invest in Career Development & guidance by Year 2013, being certified from National Career Development Association – USA.
Randa is among the ‘Global Connections Committee’, functioning & representing Arabs & their passion for life & profession development.
Randa is working for ‘Ahmed Moustafa Foundation – AMF’ as Programs & Networking director, implementing AMF’s scope into tangible objectives and liaising humans across life matrix aiming for sustainable change.
